Home Based care for 400 PHAs in Buyinja and Buhemba sub counties.
Promotion of support groups for 500 PHAs and 100 infants in Buyinja and Buhemba sub counties.
STIs syndromic management for 57 clients per month.

Support to in school OVC through School Management Committed.
Behavior Change Communication for in school adolescents through Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health and Life skills training targeting 120 peer educators in 10 schools i.e. 7 primary and 5 secondary schools.

Hukeseho was later on funded by the Civil Society Fund to implement the following from 2013 to 2015
HIV Counseling and Testing for 10,480 people in Buyinja and Banda sub counties in Namayingo district.
HIV/AIDS prevention through Bio- Medical Interventions mainly Safe Male Circumcision in Buyinja and Buhemba sub counties in Namayingo district.
Conduct Community dialogue on socio-cultural and Socio-Economic drivers of HIV/AIDS Transmission.
Elimination of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV through Community outreaches in Buyinja and Buhemba sub counties in Namayingo district.
Hukeseho Lwangosia Women Group is a community-based organization founded in 1992, by a group of women in Lwangosia, in Buyinja sub-county of Namayingo District to address the challenges of maternal and infant mortality which were rampant.
